"Pretty much what I expected"
I was a little nervous at first because you never really know with these things, but the preview ended up being really close to what showed up. Looked like the picture and there weren’t any weird surprises, which was what I was hoping for.

"Good idea, but the battery let me down"
I really liked the idea of this, and it seemed promising at first, but the battery life is disappointing. I only used it for a short time before having to charge it again, which got annoying fast. For what it costs, I expected it to last longer.

"Fair and Easy Experience"
I had a really positive experience with Heirloom. To be fair, what stood out most was how clear the communication was, I got updates on my order without having to keep following up, which made the whole thing feel a lot easier.
Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I think it’s only fair to give credit when a company actually keeps customers in the loop and does what they say they’re going to do, so I’d happily give them 5 stars

"Plenty of room for longer videos"
I was really happy that my longer family video fit without me having to cut out the good parts. I also liked that I got the confirmation email right away, so I had the details saved just in case.

I was kind of surprised by how good it sounded. The voice came through really clean and clear, and I didn’t have to keep turning the volume up or replaying anything just to understand what was being said. It was easy to hear right away, which I really appreciated because sometimes audio can be muffled or weirdly low, but this wasn’t like that at all

"Helpful customer service, no complaints"
I had a question about my order from sendheirloom.com, so I messaged customer service. They got back to me the same day, which was totally reasonable, I wasn’t expecting someone to answer instantly. The person I spoke with was helpful and actually answered my question instead of just sending some generic copy-paste reply. It did take one extra follow-up to fully get everything sorted, so I’m giving 4 stars, but overall I had a good experience.

"I got this for my mom…"
I got this for my mom i can’t even remember if I gave it to her on her birthday or the day before because that whole week was kind of a blur, but her reaction was unforgettable. She opened it, got quiet for a second, and then started crying happy tears. It was such a sweet moment and I’m so glad I got it for her.

"Surprisingly Still Looks Great"
I’ve had this for a while now, it’s held up better than I thought it would. Nothing’s come loose, there’s no weird wear showing, and it still looks pretty much new. I’m not exactly gentle with my stuff either, so for something I didn’t expect a ton from, it’s actually been solid

I had a good experience with Send Heirloom. Everything was simple to figure out, and the whole process went smooth. Didn’t really run into any problems, and it felt like it was worth it. I’d use them again for sure.

"Good value for the price"
I’m happy with what I got for the price. I looked at a few other options, and this one felt like it was worth it. The only thing I’d say is the process could be explained a little more clearly, but overall it was a good experience. A friend actually recommended it to me, and I can see why.

"Cute Packaging, But I Hope It Stays That Way"
The packaging was so cute and made the whole order feel really special. I loved opening it. I just hope they keep putting in that kind of care, because if the quality or presentation starts slipping, I’d probably look somewhere else next time.

"Works fine, but the privacy details aren’t exactly easy to find"
I used sendheirloom.com and it worked alright overall. I didn’t have no major problems with the actual service, but I wasn’t totally sure what happens with my personal info and files after uploading them. The privacy policy is there, but it’s kind of a lot to get through. I wouldn’t say it’s bad, just that I’d feel better if the security and privacy stuff was explained more clearly up front.

I was surprised by how nice this turned out! The materials feel really solid, and the photos/video came through clear — not cheap or blurry like I was a little worried about. I gave it to my parents as a gift, and they’ve already watched it a bunch of times 🥹 It feels like something that’ll actually last, so yep, I’m really happy with it

"Arrived in Great Shape"
The box showed up looking neat and nicely padded, which I appreciated because I’d been a little worried about it getting tossed around during delivery. Nothing inside was damaged at all. I opened it on my kitchen counter right after bringing it in, and it looked like someone actually took the time to pack it carefully.
